Artist Submissions
Thank you for your interest in submitting work to The Trescott Street Gallery. We offer two main types of exhibitions:
1. Member Exhibits: Artist Membership is required. With membership, artists may submit up to 5 pieces in each of our member shows throughout the year. TSG is committed to hosting at least 10 member exhibits per year. Member exhibits will range from 2 to 3 weeks in length.
2. Special Exhibits: Individual, artist curated exhibits. Applications & proposals for Special Exhibits will be accepted for review and consideration. Please email [email protected] or call (774) 501-3390 to start the conversation. There is a fee for Special Exhibits; details are below.
Special Exhibit Package - $350:
General Submission Guidelines
1) Artwork must be original, preferably completed in the last ten years.
2) Artwork must be exhibition-ready, with any required hardware, picture-hanging wire, pedestals, and framing as
appropriate.
Saw-toothed hangers or clip frames may not be accepted if they do not fit our hooks. Please check at drop-off.
3) Trescott Gallery reserves the right not to accept any work that is not appropriately ready to display.
4) Artwork MUST be labeled with the name of the piece and artist's name.
5) Artists are responsible for the delivery and pick-up of the work at the scheduled times.
6) Artists who do not pick up their work by the scheduled deadline will be subject to a late pick-up fee of $20.
7) Any artwork not picked up within 30 days of scheduled date becomes the property of Trescott Street Gallery to be
used in fundraising events for the benefit of the Gallery.
8) Artists receive 80% of sales through the gallery.

- Includes TSG staff installation and take-down of exhibit. All artwork/exhibit materials must be delivered by the Saturday prior to the exhibit and picked up in a timely manner.
- Four exhibit days Weds-Sat during regular Gallery hours. Additional fees apply for extended viewing hours and dates.
- Opening Reception or a Special Event may be held in the gallery on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for up to 3 hours. Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are available for use. Food, beverages, and entertainment not included.
- TSG staff will create promotional materials for the exhibit and promote via our monthly press releases, bi-monthly emails, on TSG social media, and website in addition to your promotional activities.
